020: Perfect
Tuesday Aug 11, 2020
Tuesday Aug 11, 2020
The idea of perfection is sometimes a silent killer, especially when that seems to be all you’re seeing shown to you.
In this episode, I simply wanted to talk about the reality that most people don’t want you to see. My hope is that you can listen to this and realize that you’re not alone, that we’re all human, and that we all deserve some grace.

019: Drop the Battle
Tuesday Jul 28, 2020
Tuesday Jul 28, 2020
The struggle. The war. The fight. The battle.
Do you find yourself using these words when describing your day, something that's happened to you, or maybe just life in general?
In this episode we debunk the use of these words and go through first, why they’re so damaging and secondly, how to start approaching life differently so it’s not always something that requires a sword and shield.
I also go into a bit of detail about how moving these emotions out of your space makes so much more room for what you actually desire.
This topic is close to my heart and I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed recording it.
Much love!

Tuesday Jul 14, 2020
We all know we need boundaries but creating healthy ones proves to be a bit more of a challenge than anyone cares to talk about.
In this episode, we talk deeper about why boundaries are so important, ways to create them in a healthy way that allows you to thrive instead of feeling like you’re constantly on the defense.
Talk about Lifestyle Creation, this is a major key.

017: Your Lens
Tuesday Jun 30, 2020
Tuesday Jun 30, 2020
Looking outside of our own lens…. A concept I wish was more mainstream. Learning to take a moment and look outside of the small realm of our own reality, only our personal experiences is a tool that will prove more lucrative than you could imagine.
In this episode, I dive deeper into the concept that maybe there is a way we can honor our own realities AND be able to not only SEE but honor and maybe even understand where others are coming from as well.
This isn’t a discussion meant to change your thoughts, it’s a discussion that I hope will inspire you to get more deeply connected with your own actual belief and understand them more. Understanding yourself and why you choose to plant your flag somewhere creates a level of empowerment I think a lot of us spend most of our lives looking for.
In this episode, I also discuss the massive benefit of learning to LEAN IN, because it’s really hard to hate up close.
I’m excited about this one so I hope you’ll join me in this powerful talk.

016: Where to Start
Tuesday Jun 16, 2020
Tuesday Jun 16, 2020
In this episode, I jump right into how you can start making actual, lasting changes by creating foundational habits that last.
We’re not talking about how to get somewhere quick or take on 17 tasks right now to “change”, I’m talking about how to take actual steps towards something sustainable.
I feel strongly that that is one of the missing links with a lot of the content that is being plastered around media today, a lot of rah-rah here’s a big idea of how you’re “supposed” to be without any real, sustainable breakdowns of how to actually create that idea. And more importantly how to make it work in your everyday life and keep it.
There’s an act of building that muscle that must be involved if you really want to create a shift. In this episode, I example a way of operating that is adaptable to any and every situation you can think up.
It’s a priceless lesson you’ll probably want to listen to twice.

015: Finding the Joy
Tuesday Jun 02, 2020
Tuesday Jun 02, 2020
How much joy are you leaving on the table?
I know that might sound like a weird question but I got to tell you, up until about 2 years ago, I was leaving a lot of joyful moments to go unrecognized... and the impact it was making was huge.
In this episode I tell the story about how you could be holding yourself back from achieving more of what you want by depriving yourself of joy.
We talk about how to find the joy in the little things, perspective shifts to not only allow it but acknowledge it too and how to keep it flowing. I share some tactics you can use to start uncovering things in your daily life that can amplify you into this vibe like whoa... and have you reaping the benefits before you know it.
Now, let’s jump in and find you some damn joy!

014: The Loudest Voices
Tuesday May 19, 2020
Tuesday May 19, 2020
“If you think differently than me, you’re wrong”.
“If you’re not doing it this specific way, you’re wrong”.
In this episode, I get raw about some hateful, controlling behavior that’s happening but is being packaged in a pretty little personal development bow.
There is a lot of people misusing the platforms that they have, in my opinion. I believe that when you have masses listening to you, it’s important that you take that responsibility of what you’re putting out into the world seriously. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case.
In this episode, my intention is to shine a little light on some rage-inducing, harmful, shaming content that you might be consuming without really seeing that it’s not serving you.
Moral of the story: don’t always listen to the loudest voices.
Make your own decisions, own your own journey, don’t allow anyone to make you feel like you’re wrong simply because you’re not doing things exactly their way.

013: The Morning
Tuesday May 05, 2020
Tuesday May 05, 2020
Setting the stage for your day is literally one of the BIGGEST things you can do for yourself. It’s a freaking game changer, that’s for sure.
I feel like in every episode I’ve made, having a morning routine has come up. It’s something that’s a constant piece and something I highly suggest so in this episode, we’re talking all about how to start your day on YOUR terms.
I’m going to walk you through the reasons it’s important, how to make it work for you, and give you lots of examples of things you can put into play within your own world. ALSO, I’m going to break down three simple places to start.
Bottom line, there is no right or wrong reason as long as it involves intention. The goal is to reduce the chaos and start your day off right, every time!

012: My Relationship With Tarot
Tuesday Apr 21, 2020
Tuesday Apr 21, 2020
Ask and you shall receive.
I’ve had a lot of questions about my practice with Tarot cards, why I use them, how I use them, if they’re evil, etc. Until now I’ve not really talked publicly about it. But in this episode, I give you some insight into my relationship with Tarot cards.
I talk about my first reading 12 years ago and many experiences since. I also talk about the way I’ve incorporated them into my business and life as well as shine some beautiful light onto how intention truly determines how you use a tool, no matter what it may be.
I believe in being open-minded and allowing messages to show up as they’re supposed to and in this episode, we talk deeper about just that. It’s more like a storytelling session than anything else, so grab your coffee and let’s dive in.

011: The Slow Down
Tuesday Apr 07, 2020
Tuesday Apr 07, 2020
Not knowing what’s going to happen is unsettling, I get it. And being told you have to live your life a different way than is your normal is also no a super fun place to be sometimes.
A lot of us are being forced to slow down right now and I understand how much that is affecting so many things in your life... and I’m not just talking about the obvious ones like your job or school.
In this episode, we go deeper into how to turn this situation into an opportunity. My intention is for it to feel good, to give you things you can lean into right now to make the very most of your situation, no matter what it may look like right now.
So, grab a cup of your favorite warm yummy drink, put your headphones in and let’s get into it.
